Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Photos of the packaging if applicable
Once we review your request, we will help provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
7. Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us first at contact@flamewy.com.
Exchange availability depends on product availability and order status. If your exchange request is approved, we will provide further instructions by email.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Original shipping fees, customs fees, duties, taxes, or handling fees may not be refundable unless required by law.

Once an order has entered processing, production, or shipment, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building mailroom.
