1. Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Flamewy. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your outdoor-inspired graphic apparel without unnecessary delays.
This Shipping Policy explains our order processing time, free shipping offer, estimated delivery time, tracking information, shipping address requirements, and related shipping details.
2. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $69.
For orders under $69, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Shipping Time
After your order has shipped, standard delivery usually takes 7–12 business days depending on your location, shipping carrier, and local delivery conditions.
Estimated total delivery time is usually 7–12 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, holidays, customs processing, carrier delays, local delivery conditions, or other factors outside our control.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available, the email will include a tracking number or tracking link.
Tracking information may take a few days to update after the package has been shipped. If your tracking has not updated immediately, please allow some time for the carrier system to refresh.
6. Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Flamewy is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@flamewy.com. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, address changes may not be possible.
7. Multiple Items in One Order
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability, production time, or shipping arrangements.
If your items arrive in separate packages, please do not worry. The remaining items should arrive separately.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be delayed, please check your tracking information first.
If your tracking shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building mailroom.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For most orders, the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. Flamewy does not charge hidden fees after checkout.
Flamewy covers customs duties and import taxes where applicable, so you will not be charged extra duties or import taxes by Flamewy after checkout.
Some international orders may still go through customs inspection or clearance depending on the destination country or region. Customs processing may occasionally cause delivery delays.
Flamewy is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, local authorities, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
10. Refused Packages
Please do not refuse a package because of customs processing or delivery delays.
